TERMS & CONDITIONS
VAT: (TVA in France)
For all purchased advertisements, VAT is included in the published price. An advert product is produced and utilised in France and falls under EU VAT regulations. The product is not exported. All customers, no matter where in the world, pay 19.6% french TVA. To reclaim the VAT, consult the VAT authorities in your country. We do not deduct TVA at source.
Legal Jurisdiction:
SARL Chamonix Networks is a French company owned by Chamonix Networks LTD. London, UK. All legal disputes shall be under english legal jurisdiction.
Advert Location
Chamonix Networks reserves the right to change the location of an advert if and when pages are divided into sub-categories.
